By downloading, accessing, or using the Agafi Elite application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

Agafi Elite is operated from the United Arab Emirates. By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable federal and emirate-specific laws and regulations of the UAE, including, but not limited to, the Dubai Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law, the UAE Cybercrime Law, and any applicable data protection laws.

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to: sending spam, uploading malicious software, engaging in abusive behavior, or violating the rights of other users or the company.

Membership in Agafi Elite is by invitation only. Users may refer others but remain responsible for their invitees' conduct within the community. Agafi Elite reserves the right to accept or decline membership at its sole discretion.

All content, logos, and branding on the App are the property of Agafi Group and protected under UAE copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice or liability.

Agafi Elite shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
